SSAT

The Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT) is a standardized exam that assesses a student’s verbal, reading, and math abilities. Developed and scored by the Enrollment Management Association (EMA), the SSAT is widely accepted by private and independent schools in the US and internationally. It serves as a fair, standardized benchmark for evaluating applicants from different academic backgrounds.

The SSAT includes a math section that challenges students on topics such as arithmetic, geometry, algebra, and data interpretation. Because of this, many students, especially those coming from non-US curricula, find the question style unfamiliar or the time pressure difficult to manage. As a result, an experienced SSAT Math Tutor can make a real difference.

Vic’s SSAT Math tutoring is designed to help students build strong foundational skills and develop strategies for tackling multiple-choice math questions efficiently. In addition to concept review, each session is tailored to the student’s current level and school goals.
